Healthcare Projects
Healthcare is a fundamental right, yet millions lack access to even basic treatments. Our medical programmes deliver lifesaving care where it’s needed most. We run malnutrition clinics, carry out minor operations such as cataract surgery, provide ambulances, and equip hospitals and clinics with essential supplies, ensuring vulnerable communities receive the healthcare they deserve to live healthier, dignified lives.

Why Donate Towards a Healthcare Project?
Healthcare is a fundamental human right – yet millions of people worldwide lack access to even the most basic treatments. Imagine watching a loved one suffer in pain, without the comfort of knowing their healthcare needs can be met.
As-Salaam Humanitarian Foundation’s healthcare programmes are a lifeline for those struggling to access medical care. Our work includes building new health clinics, supporting hospitals with medicines and equipment, running malnutrition clinics, and carrying out minor but life-changing surgeries such as cataract operations. We also provide ambulances and emergency medical aid, ensuring that no community is left behind.
In conflict zones like Yemen, we operate clinics and mobile medical units to deliver lifesaving treatment. In countries such as Pakistan and Bangladesh, we bring essential primary healthcare to isolated rural communities. Through your support, we are able to equalise access to healthcare and bring dignity, relief, and hope to the most vulnerable.
Your donations can help build health units, sustain ambulance services, provide life-changing operations, and ensure medical aid reaches those in crisis. Will you be the reason another human being gets a chance at life?

Cataract Removal
Simple cataract removal procedures can restore sight instantly, yet many remain blind simply because they cannot afford this life-changing treatment.
Cataract removals are simple yet life-changing procedures which restore sight and can remove blindness almost instantly. And yet, many people around the world are living with blindness simply because they cannot afford the medical expense of treatment. We work in places like Bangladesh, as its has one of the lowest cataract surgical rates (CSR) globally, with estimates falling below 2,000 surgeries per million population per year—far below what is needed to address the burden of preventable blindness.

Hygiene packs provide families with soap, toothpaste, disinfectants, and sanitary items—essentials that protect against disease, restore dignity, and offer comfort. Mobile Clinics
Mobile clinics bring essential healthcare directly to remote communities where hospitals and medical facilities are beyond reach.
Good health is such a blessing. We tend to take it for granted and only realise its value after it has gone. When health is taken away, good healthcare helps to restore it, thereby easing pain and suffering. Many of the poorest people in the world do not have healthcare. They live too far away and there is no ambulance coming to their village. Those who need it most, the sick and elderly, struggle the most to get it and often, it’s too expensive. We have a remedy to help those in need with mobile healthcare camps in locations without hospitals or clinics. Our health clinics offer free medical check-ups and prescribe medicines, referring the more serious matters to a hospital. Every health clinic has an incredible impact on the local community and is often the only place they can turn to when they are sick.
