
Bangladesh has not seen such floods in its history, water has flooded local areas through heavy rains and breaches in the flood control, causing widespread inundation. The flood has affected 5 million people and at least 18 percent of total land area in Bangladesh is submerged.
We sent out a UK deployment on 12th September 2024 to plan, pack and distribute 500 food packs to the victims of these floods.
Each food pack contained:
- Rice
- Sugar
- Wheat Flour
- Cooking Oil
- Noodles
- Potatoes
- Salt
- Dried Beans, Peas and Lentils
- Water Purification Tablets

Charity is for those in need, who, in Allah’s cause are restricted (from travel), and cannot move about in the land, seeking.
