Winter Relief for Children in Punjab, Pakistan
The Punjab province of Pakistan, with an estimated population of 1,883,556 as of 2017, experiences harsh winter conditions that can be life-threatening, particularly for vulnerable children.
Thanks to your generosity in November 2017, we were able to send over 600 winter packs for children aged 3–16. Each pack included a blanket or jacket, gloves, hat, and socks, providing warmth and protection against the cold. The packs were distributed in January 2018 to children in the most needy communities, helping to prevent illness and ensure their safety during the harshest months.
The total cost of this lifesaving project was £1,550, demonstrating how small contributions can make a big difference in the lives of children living in extreme conditions.
Your support helped bring comfort, warmth, and hope to hundreds of vulnerable children in Punjab.
