Ramadan Food Distribution – Completed
This Ramadan, three of our foundation’s trustees personally travelled on deployment to deliver your generous donations. Together, we raised £14,000, which allowed us to feed over 310 families with nutritious food for the entire holy month.
Each £45 food pack provided a whole month’s supply of essential items for families in Uzi, Unguja – an extremely isolated village where some of the neediest families reside. With households of up to 10 individuals, these packs ensured thousands of people had enough food during Ramadan.
The village of Uzi is particularly vulnerable, as it becomes surrounded by water during the evening, cutting it off completely from the outside world at night. Despite these challenges, your support allowed us to reach this remote community with life-changing aid.

Because of your generosity, hundreds of families were able to break their fasts with dignity, security, and peace of mind throughout the blessed month.
