Water Tankers

Water tankers deliver emergency supplies to crisis-affected areas, providing up to 30,000 litres of clean water to entire communities cut off from regular sources.

In war-torn countries prolonged destruction can affect thousands of people’s ability to access water, moreover, the ongoing war in such places has resulted in a huge cholera outbreak.

Capable of providing up to 30,000 litres, a water tanker affords entire communities with one of the very basic amenities of life. During the decade-long blockade in Gaza, where regular water supply was reduced, tankers helped provide those communities further away from operational towns access to clean water.

Blankets

Warm blankets offer vital protection from freezing temperatures for vulnerable families facing harsh winters without adequate heating or shelter.

This winter will be one of the harshest winters many families have faced in decades, and it’s not just because the temperature is dropping. Families around the world, especially those who are living in refugee camps and in extreme poverty will struggle to protect themselves during these cold days and nights as the cost of living becomes more and more expensive. Around the world, the basic cost of supplies has gone up, which means more and more people are now finding it difficult to pay for the essentials.

The cost of food, firewood and gas has increased around the globe, these are essential supplies to keep families warm in the winter. As many communities around the world prepare for the freezing temperatures to kick in, we can assist them by providing good quality blankets, to help keep them warm and be the first line of defence against the bitter cold. Each blanket will provide families with an additional layer of warmth this winter.

Hot Meals

Hot meals provide immediate relief to families experiencing hunger, delivering essential nutrition and comfort when it’s needed most.

Imagine waking up every morning with no food in the house, worried about where the next meal is going to come from for you and your family? Imagine going to bed, hungry, every single night having barely eaten that day. Imagine watching your child cry out from hunger. Food is a basic necessity for survival and also the key to a healthy life. Without regular healthy meals children struggle to go to school, carers struggle to work, and communities are left battling to survive. However, you can help alleviate this terrible burden for millions of people by helping to provide hot meals for those in need and donating towards building food security solutions.

Food Packs

When families face impossible choices between food and other basic needs, our food packs provide essential relief directly to vulnerable households.

In impoverished countries including Bangladesh, Yemen and Pakistan, deep-rooted poverty affecting large proportions of the population means that millions are food insecure, unsure of where their next meal is coming from. Many of the country’s poorer people engage in daily wage labour which offers no security. Millions were facing their darkest days in the face of hunger and starvation, making impossible decisions about whether to eat, be clothed, or be clean. With today’s economic environment, many communities are facing huge rises in the cost of food and living making basic items unaffordable.
